Old port & yacht marina is just five minutes walking distance from Mykonos town. Ships have been floating the dock and has been the main connection between the mainland and the island for many years, old port is now a tourist attraction for long walks In the evening as well as the main bus stop.

Get here a few hours in advance so that you can scope out the best location! There are even some cafes like Blu blu Mykonos & Faros Café as well as wonderful tavernas like Roca Cookery, one of the most unique Greek Seafood Restaurants in the island, the famous Remezzo or Kavos Fish Taverna and fast food places like Pita Wrap & Pizza that overlook the harbor, but you’ll need to get to them well in advance of the sunset so that you can be sure to have a prime spot.

Another prime location for watching the sunset on Mykonos is at the harbor near the yachts and feel the summer breeze coming from the sea.
