Description

Οld port Mykonos is on the shore of town, touching the sea. You can walk from here through the pedestrian alleys to all Mykonos town's areas.

With so many great beaches in Mykonos, no one would make this small stretch of sand on a bay by the old port their top choice. However, if you’re staying at one of the hotels nearby, or if you simply want to sit in the sun and get your feet wet after going for a walk around the maze of the old center of town, this is your spot. Due to its central location, with many boats passing by, it’s a picturesque and inviting place, but swimming isn’t really recommended, despite the crystal-clear waters.

How to Get to Old Port Beach
The Old Port beach is just a short walk from Little Venice and the famous Paraportiani Church. It’s also just a few feet from the bus station of the Old Port and the Archaeological Museum.
